The project will apply a topcoat to the parking lot to prevent damage from use and the natural climate year-round. The topcoat seals off the parking lot for the future, which will extend the life of the parking lot until further maintenance is needed.

The Authority is created to construct, improve, equip, furnish, maintain, acquire, operate, and finance projects to be devoted wholly or partially for public uses, good or general welfare. This project supports the long term sustainability of the County's golf course system currently operated by the Revenue Authority.
