Funds included in this project will begin the planning and design to address needed facility renovations at the Carver Educational Services Center (CESC) to create a county Welcome Center for parents, students, and the community. An evaluation, during the planning and design phase, will determine what functions and services could be located at CESC. Functions and services to be considered include the International Admissions and Enrollment Office, Employee and Retiree Services Center, and the Background Screening Office. Once the design is complete, additional funds will be requested in a future CIP for implementation. An FY appropriation was approved to begin the planning and design phase of this project.
