The FY25-30 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for the Department of Recreation reflects a continuing effort to provide recreation facilities and program services for all populations to participate in leisure activities. Emphasis is placed on increasing program opportunities for populations with special needs such as youth, senior adults, and persons with disabilities.
