Scope

This Invitation for Bids is to establish a contract for furnishing and delivering Ready Mix Portland Cement Concrete to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Services.  All materials provided as part of this solicitation will be delivered to various work sites located within the political boundaries of Montgomery County, Maryland.
