The County’s Department of Recreation (Rec) and Office of the Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Montgomery Parks (Parks) are seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for activity and program maintenance and registration, facility reservations, memberships, league maintenance and scheduling, point of sale and inventory management, scholarship management, and marketing from qualified organizations. The solution must also include reporting, financial and customer account management. 

The resulting contract must deliver a comprehensive business management solution that will provide convenient, user-friendly access for customers. All functionality must be available through a fully hosted online portal and support various mobile platforms and public-facing features that make it easy to use.
