Scope

Montgomery County Government is in search of a vendor that can provide a turnkey, cloud-based solution that integrates with the web portals for Council and Cable.  It must provide a multimedia recording and programming suite that includes an administrative web site; a robust and embeddable media player; and a content delivery system.  Public viewers will access each web portal to view live and archived multimedia.  And a content management system for administration and storage of all content.
