Scope

The project is located just north of Wheaton, Maryland near the Connecticut Estates neighborhood. Work under this Contract shall include all labor and materials necessary to complete the Montclair Manor Community Lighting and Site Improvements as described in these specifications and the drawings. This Contract requires removal of existing light poles and fencing and the installation of new lighting, fencing and some landscaping.
