Scope

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the services of a qualified Psychiatrist licensed to practice in the State of Maryland to provide up to 40 hours per week of on-site, direct psychiatric evaluation and treatment services to the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation’s inmates and residents.  At the discretion of the County, up to 10 hours may be provided through Tele-psychiatry means.
