Scope

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is developing a trail connection from the existing Capital Crescent Trail (CCT) west of Woodmont Plaza to the CCT connection in Elm Street Park.  The trail connection includes a bicycle and pedestrian underpass under Wisconsin Avenue.  From west to east, the trail would travel through the new 7272 Wisconsin Avenue Building, under Wisconsin Avenue (MD355), and under Elm Street with a portal in Elm Street or Elm Street Park.
