Scope

It is the intent of the County to  enter into a Contract with a Contractor  to establish and manage  a medical respite program for the County, that focuses on providing medical respite care services to people experiencing homelessness and clients housed in permanent supportive housing programs who have medical injury/illness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse.
