Scope

The County requires a Contractor to provide Safety Data Sheet (“SDS”) access and related services for the Montgomery County Department of Finance ("FIN"), other County departments, and Montgomery County Self Insurance Program (“MCSIP”) agency members. SDSs are intended to provide workers and emergency personnel with procedures for handling or working with substances in a safe manner, and includes, but is not limited to, information related to physical data, toxicity, health effects, first aid instructions, storage, disposal, personal protective equipment, and spill-handling procedures.
