Scope

It is the intent of Montgomery County, Maryland to contract with a qualified offeror to collect and transport refuse and recyclable materials. The County intends to contract for services of a qualified Contractor to provide weekly refuse and bulk collection services, weekly yard trim collection services, weekly scrap metal collection services, and weekly recyclable material collection services to residential Dwelling Units in the unincorporated area of Montgomery County known as Service Area 3.
