Scope

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (DOT), Division of Operations, Traffic Engineering and Operations Section is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced computer consulting firm to provide a wide range of web related services and support on an as needed basis.  Services must also include supplementing the County in-house staff to provide programming, database administration and computer and network support services, etc. necessary to complete any task(s) that may be issued under a contract resulting from this RFP.
