Scope

The County seeks proposals from qualified, experienced entities to provide a program of employment, training and supportive services for low-income, multi-cultural residents in County-owned Employment Resource Centers in three locations across the County (Rockville, Wheaton, Silver Spring). The current locations (subject to change) are: 14546 Rothgeb Drive, Rockville, MD 20850, 734 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD 20903, 2729 University Blvd. West, Wheaton, MD 20902. The County intends to award one contract as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
