Services required will consist of providing professional and support staff to assist the Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security for a wide variety of emergency management and homeland security services and support.

Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking responses to its Request for Proposals (RFP) from firms experienced in homeland security and emergency management services and support to include but not limited to: planning, exercises, training, project and financial management, and community outreach. The County plans to select up to five successful offerors to provide homeland security and emergency management planning and support services.
