Scope

This Invitation for Bids is to contract temporary unskilled manual labor, including Contractor provided Supervision, to perform work in support of Montgomery County’s Division of Highway Services various maintenance programs including but not limited to: roadway maintenance, leaf collection and debris cleanup, emergency storm debris cleanup, litter collection, mowing, and other roadway maintenance related activities. The main scope of this solicitation usually includes approximately 165 laborer’s for leafing activities in November and December and the Department may use a smaller number of laborer’s during other seasonal activities.
