Scope

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation- Division of Parking Management, Engineering, and Maintenance Section is responsible for the restoration, repair and maintenance of numerous parking facilities within the County. The public parking program in Montgomery County is one of the largest municipally owned and operated public parking programs in the country. The Division of Parking Management supports 3 Parking Lot Districts (Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Wheaton), with 21 Garages and 20 Lots, and over 21,500 total parking spaces. The Montgomery County Department of Transportation, Division of Parking Management, Engineering, and Maintenance Section intends to enter into a contract with up to two (2) experienced and qualified firms to provide a wide range of parking facility and related engineering design, engineering consulting, and construction administration services on an as-needed basis. These services include, but are not limited to, the services as listed in the Work Statement section as assigned.
