Scope

It is the intent of Montgomery County, Maryland (herein under referred to as the
“County”) to enter into a Contract with a Contractor to provide support for a residential electrification incentive program, including any and all activities necessary to support eligible County residents with switching from fossil-fuel powered systems and appliances in their homes with eligible electric systems and appliances in their homes. It is the County’s intent to award one contract as a result of this solicitation.
