Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services provides health services to low income, un-insured and under-insured Montgomery County residents at the County’s Public Health and Dental Clinics (“Clinics”). The Clinics purchase disposable supplies, instruments, hand tools and small dental and medical equipment on a regular basis, which are not governed by governmental authorities.

The County is seeking a provider who can deliver medical and dental supplies within the time frame required by the County.  The provider must be an authorized dealer for medical devices and all products they sell. The Contract resulting from this solicitation will be used primarily by the County’s Clinics.   

The County does not guarantee a minimum of purchases of any specific quantity or total dollar amount under the resulting contract.  The Contract resulting from this solicitation will be a requirements contract.
