This is an indefinite quantity Contract (Task Order) for the supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated in the contract documents. The Contractor will be required to Work on any County-owned or maintained real property. The County may terminate this Contract if the Contractor fails to perform under the terms of the contract or fails to accept any Task Order as they are issued. The County makes no commitment as to the issuance of individual Purchase Orders. All costs associated with preparing proposals shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
