The intent of the DOCR is to obtain preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services contract(s) for kitchen equipment at each DOCR facility. The Contractor must provide preventative maintenance service plans for equipment that use coolants or have pumps or exhaust systems. PM plans for ovens and cooktops will be at the option of the County to purchase. All other equipment will require repair services on an as-needed basis. PM plans must ensure the kitchen equipment remains operational and performs according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. The DOCR will specify the equipment that must be covered under PM; however, the DOCR reserves the right to modify the list.
