Scope

The Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified construction contractors to provide construction and demolition services for the Montgomery County Parks Maintenance Facilities.  It is the County's intent to enter into a Contract with a qualified general construction firm to provide all services related to the demolition and all other services as detailed in the Contract Documents. The Project Site is located at # 16641 Crabbs Branch Way, Rockville, MD.
