This Invitation for Bids will establish a firm fixed price requirements contract with established unit prices from the awarded vendor for a comprehensive list of pay items related to the execution of maintenance and safety improvements. This contract and its pricing will be in effect for one year and at the Director of Procurement’s discretion may be renewed annually for a total of two (2) renewals.
The Vendor is allowed to request price adjustments at the end of each year in relation to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) cost of living increases (See Section 2.1 of the IFB).

The Contractor acknowledges and understands that the County maintains the sole authority to determine program/project scope, pay items, and estimated/final quantities of each item for all Task Orders. Additionally, the County intends to utilize any item, regardless of bid price or quantity stated in the IFB to ensure the County receives the best value in each project scenario. The Contractor shall not rely on
previous quantities used, historical quantities or combination of items, previous agreements or previous Contracts, when entering into this agreement or as a basis to dispute project scope, use of items, or sequence of work.
