Scope

The project is to construct a fire station and a warm lit shell police substation. The project must be constructed as a fully functional building and in full compliance with the Contract Documents. The Work and related Schedule are defined in Attachment S & Attachment R respectively.

The Project Site is located at: 11920 Chapman Avenue, Rockville, MD 20852
