The Contractor selected under this RFP must provide, at minimum, the following services:

The Contractor is required to respond to the County’s requests for temporary administrative and paraprofessional support services within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of an approved request from the County. All requests will be received electronically via the County’s E-TAPS system. The approved request must meet the criteria described in item ‘2.1.2.’ below. This may include actual placement or supplying the County hiring manager with resumes of applicants for the County to consider.

Departments requesting temporary administrative and paraprofessional support services are required to complete an electronic request, via the County’s E-TAPS portal. Once the request is approved at the Department level, the Contractor will receive a copy of the request via email, automatically. 
The Contractor must assign temporary contractors to departments in accordance with County policy and the County’s Collective Bargaining Law, Article VII, County Collective Bargaining, Sec. 33-102, Definitions, (4) (G), where individuals working in these departments are not represented by any union.

The Contractor must notify Contract Administrator or designee in the event any request is received outside the E-TAPS portal automated process.
