Scope

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to operate and support the COUNTY’s TRiPS Commuter Stores in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
Contractor shall perform all services in a professional, timely, and efficient manner while ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with all applicable COUNTY policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
