Scope

A contract resulting from this IFB is to provide management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, specified supplies, cleaning products, and other incidentals as required to perform:
On-call, as-needed comprehensive interior and exterior window and glass cleaning services at nine Montgomery County facilities, and
On-call, as-needed pressure washing services at all County facilities.
