Scope

The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the maintenance of 400+ County-owned and County-leased facilities. DGS’ intent is to
retain a Contractor to provide #2 Heating Fuel Oil and #2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) that meets the industry specifications and standards of this fuel product, exclusive of all taxes and
meeting ASTM standards for Montgomery County, Maryland.

Note: The following are the minimum specifications for #2 Heating Fuel Oil and #2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD).
