The Contractor must be able to provide to Montgomery County, sodium hypochlorite in 15% bulk within seven (7) calendar days (non-rush orders) of receiving a purchase order. Upon request from the County, the deliveries are to be made at the facilities listed below. Deliveries must occur between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays.
