Scope

The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the maintenance of 400+ County-owned and County-leased facilities. DGS’ intent is to retain a Contractor to provide Quarterly Inspection/Maintenance Services for overhead door repair for specific facilities listed in this solicitation. In addition, DGS intends to retain a Contractor for Repair and Service on a Time and Material basis to respond to service requests beyond inspection and maintenance.
