1. The Contractor must be an authorized/certified in the repair and maintenance of BMW Police Motorcycles which includes the Contractor’s repair shop (police emergency equipment), warranty shop, routine maintenance,
scheduled maintenance, and mechanical repair shop.
2. One-hour maximum Officer wait time for unscheduled/scheduled routine tire repair/replacement and factory maintenance services to be started.
3. Parts must be original BMW parts and equipment.
4. Replacement tires must be certified by BMW for Police motorcycles.
5. The Contractor warrants that its employees are licensed, insured, properly trained, BMW factory certified mechanics.
