Scope

Recent changes in the Federal Government led to modifications in Federal Acquisition Regulations, executive orders, Buy American Act/Trade Agreements Act, enforcement and shifts in spending priorities which have impacted entrepreneurs, businesses, and non-profit organizations receiving Federal Government contracts and grants.

Montgomery County, Maryland intends to support these Federal Government contractors through matchmaking opportunities, educational seminars, and networking events. It is our intent to seek a contractor to arrange, implement and manage all aspects of a Montgomery County Procurement Conference, Monthly educational seminars, and one or two Cohort Training Programs.
