Scope

This is a cooperative Invitation for Bids issued by Montgomery County, Maryland Govt. on behalf of the participating members of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Purchasing Group for the purchase of their respective estimated known and future annual requirements for Road Deicing Salt. Montgomery County is acting as the "Soliciting Agent" for the jurisdictions identified in the bid and shall not be held liable for any costs, damages, etc. incurred by any other jurisdiction. The member jurisdictions and their agencies, commissions, and boards, as noted herein, are referred to as "Jurisdiction."
