Scope

Project Identification: Project consists of removal and replacement of parking garage concrete drive ramp as well as other repairs needed to restore the structural and waterproofing integrity of an elevated parking deck structure at the Montgomery County Department of Transportation Public Parking Garage No. 35. The work will include phased construction with public access to the parking garage continuing through the course of construction.

Contractor will refer to phasing drawings for sequencing of the work.
