Scope

The mission of the Circuit Court is to serve the Sixth Judicial Circuit residents in the determination of litigation in serious criminal, civil, family, and juvenile matters in accordance with the Constitution; to administer justice in a fair, timely, and efficient manner.

Montgomery County, Maryland, is seeking proposals for the design, configuration, and installation of audio-video (AV) systems in ten courtrooms and eight hearing rooms to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and quality of AV capabilities in court proceedings. The current systems are outdated and require modernization to meet contemporary technological standards to ensure reliable court operations and access to justice.
