Montgomery County Recreation is in search of a Contractor to be an administrator to build, operate, and grow the County’s diving programs performing under Montgomery County Diving, a registered USA Diving Club. 

The County operates on a seasonal basis (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and is willing to explore possible Diving Camp programs. 

The Contractor will be responsible for onboarding coaching staff, including hiring, orienting, and evaluating. 

The Contractor must provide a Learn-to Dive program for all ages. This program shall be held in groups to teach the basics to advanced skills of diving. 

The Contractor must provide a competitive diving program for all ages. This program shall be held in groups to advance the skill of divers to aid in their competitive events. 

The County and Contractor will work together to finalize the schedule of classes/programs each season. Additionally, the fee to the participant will be agreed upon by both parties.
 
The Contractor will handle the management of the Diving Program and report to the Aquatics Team of the Recreation Department.

The Contractor shall schedule and administer competitions through AAU and USA Diving. All registered participants will have the opportunity to compete in some form of competition scheduled by the Contractor.
