Scope

Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking responses to its Request for Proposals (RFP) from firms experienced in homeland security and emergency management services and support to include but not limited to planning, exercises, training, project and financial management, and community outreach. The County plans to select up to five successful offerors to provide homeland security and emergency management planning and support services.
