Scope

Group I 

The Contractor for Group I must provide vehicle/Parts wash system preventive maintenance, repairs, and parts on Sherman Supersonic Ind. Corp., NS Wash Systems (Repairs only), and Ross & White equipment at three locations. Preventive maintenance will consist of a quarterly inspection and service to be performed at each location on each system. The purpose of the preventive maintenance will be to identify any repairs needed and to perform actions as indicated by the wash system manufacturer that will keep the wash system in operational condition.
The Contractor for Group I must also perform repairs based off of the results of preventive maintenance inspections and calls for repairs from County personnel.
The Contractor for Group I must also provide maintenance and repairs on parts washing systems at County facilities.

Group II 

The Contractor for Group II must provide vehicle and parts wash system soaps and detergents at County locations, to be delivered in bulk to fluid tanks on-site. The Soaps/Detergent must be non-solvent, non-toxic, biodegradable, pH level less than 10, OSHA & EPA exempt. All contents must be properly labeled on the fluid tanks. Acceptable products must be industrial grade quality and meet or exceed commercial applications. Contractor will provide product data specifications and safety data sheets (SDS) for all items bid in this group.
