Scope

It is the intent of this RFP for Montgomery County to enter into a contract with a firm to provide a management system and maintenance agreement for the County's 119 T2 Systems, Inc. Digital Luke® II multi-space pay stations. The County may purchase additional units during the contract term. The multi-space parking system must have the ability to be managed and monitored remotely and be capable of operation in a Pay-and-Display, Pay-by-Space or Pay-by-License Plate modes.
