The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into contract with a qualified firm for the provision of Customized Police Evidence Control Materials for the secure handling and storage of evidence critical to our operations. The evidence control materials must strictly adhere to the dimensions noted in this RFP, meet stringent standards for durability, security, and be tamper/puncture-proof. Maintaining the integrity of the chain of custody is paramount, as any breach could compromise legal proceedings and the administration of justice. Additionally, the safety of our employees handling potential hazardous materials contained within the evidence control materials is a primary concern, necessitating the use of reliable and secure evidence materials to include boxes.
