It is the County’s desire to enter into contracts with up to two (2) top-scored Contractors, based on offerors’ technical and price proposal evaluation, to provide construction services on an as-needed basis. As Projects arise, the County intends to alternate issuing Work Orders between the awarded Contractors and balancing the total amount awarded and/or number of Tasks issued. The County may unilaterally choose a Contractor out of sequence. The County may consider the Contractor crew's availability to perform the Task or provide the work within the time specified without delay, interruption, or interference, and the quality AND period of performance of previous work orders. Past unsatisfactory performance, for any reason, is sufficient to justify the non-award of new Work Orders.
