The County is seeking one or more qualified consulting firms, with expertise in evaluation of job and pay structures for governmental entities, to evaluate the County’s current Classification Plan and compensation program for County merit positions, non-merit positions, and appointed positions. The selected Contractor(s) will be required to analyze the County's existing programs, conduct a comparative analysis with comparable programs from the public sector and comparable metrics from the private sector. The intent of this RFP is for one or more qualified contractors to provide services under the contract(s) resulting from this RFP. Due to the scale and complexity of the work, the County anticipates that the project will include a prioritized schedule of review and implementation by Job Families and be conducted/delivered in multiple phases over multiple years.
