Scope

The County intends to enter contract(s) for the procurement of all related brake system parts.

These parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or manufacturer new direct replacements. The manufacturers listed are required and alternatives will not be awarded.

Contractor(s) must honor Manufacturer’s Warranty on all brake system parts. The County will be allowed to add new part numbers when necessary to accommodate new replacement assets to the fleet.
