Scope

The County requires a Contractor to provide the removal and disposal of inorganic waste, herein referred to as trash, at properties and stream debris jams identified in Tables 1 and 2. The specific Areas of Work at each property where said work is to be conducted are delineated on the maps attached in Attachment E. The Contractor must provide all necessary management, administrative support, site supervision, personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment to effectively and safely collect and dispose of trash from the five sites listed in the tables. Travel, travel time, parking, and mileage will not be separately compensated.

The Contractor must provide one unit price for bagged trash and one unit price for bulky trash items (defined herein); invoices must include disposal costs based on documentation of disposal tickets showing the weight of disposed items and photo documentation of loads. Contractor must only provide trash removal activities at the specified sites once during a 12-month period. The Contractor must properly dispose of all trash removed from the sites in accordance with all local, State, and Federal laws, must include documentation of disposals with invoices, and must maintain records of all disposals.
