The County intends to enter a Contract with one (1) Contractor for provision of vegetated ESD BMP maintenance techniques, native plant identification, and weed/invasive plant identification and removal, trash/debris and sediment removal and cut-back of plants and mulching at appropriate times seasonally. 

The work must be performed by skilled, trained foremen and laborers who must perform
regular maintenance on multiple vegetated ESD BMPs throughout Montgomery County.
