Scope

As specified in each Task Order, as found in the Notice to Proceed, the successful Contractor must provide comprehensive Lighting Services that may include but not limited to:
• Lighting Audit
• Schedule
• Completed utility incentive application- must comply with utility program guidelines.
• Lighting Proposal- must meet minimum required Montgomery County “Building Codes and Standards” and satisfy, when possible, the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES)
recommended foot-candle levels to ensure adequate illumination and safety for occupants.
• Lighting photometric chart
• Provide Special Insurance Documents (if necessary)
• Provide material (i.e., lighting “parts”) required to complete lighting project. (see “Attachment D. Cost Sheet”)
• Provide construction (i.e., labor) required to complete lighting project. (see “Attachment D. Cost Sheet”)
• Provide pre-construction and/or post-construction lighting walkthrough that complies with
utility incentive programs (if necessary)
• All work must be performed in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local codes, laws, and regulations, and must be completed according to the terms explained in the Task Order.
