The County is seeking multiple contractors who can provide on-site maintenance and repairs of various gymnasium, aquatic, and audio/video equipment for the County’s various locations, as required. The Contractors must repair such equipment, on an as needed and as required basis. This is to include labor and parts.

The Contractors will be required to provide maintenance servicing of all existing, and future equipment. This contract will also include repairs and replacements that include parts and service for all existing and future equipment. The equipment at each location includes, but not limited to, basketball assembly, winches, and support structures, bleachers, table tennis, pickleball/volleyball floor sleeves, supports, nets and safety pads, rock walls, saunas, slides, public address systems, aquatic safety netting, etc.

The Contractor shall not commence service under any job estimate until the Office of Procurement has executed a Purchase Order, and the Using Department has been issued a Notice to Proceed for that service.
