Scope

Montgomery County Government operates in a unionized environment. The County is seeking an experienced entity or firm with a history of working with unionized agencies similar in size and diverse
demographics to Montgomery County to design, develop, validate, administer, and score and defend through the County’s grievance procedure as directed by the County public safety promotional
examinations for uniformed ranks in the Department of Police, Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, and the Sheriff’s Office, every two years, or on an as needed basis.
