Scope

The purpose and intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to afford all suppliers an equal opportunity to bid on all specifications listed in this bid proposal and for the County to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by Montgomery County Government. The County will accept only one bid from each vendor and intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. Proposers must meet or exceed specifications as specifically described in the addendums attached hereto.
