Scope

The County seeks to enter into a contract with an entity that can perform all services required to publish the Code Documents and Opinions including preparation of print documents, web-based internet access, mobile applications, installation of required search engines, subscription service (including mailing documents as needed), and maintenance of the documents and related software.
